Does TransferArc include accounting, or do I need separate accounting software?
Accounting is built in. Every booking, trip, payment, deposit and cancellation posts a balanced journal to a double-entry ledger in the same transaction. Receivables, payables, bank reconciliation, VAT/GST returns, financial statements and country e-invoicing are part of TransferArc, so operations are never re-keyed into a separate accounting package.
Can TransferArc be used in my country?
Yes. TransferArc works in any country. Tax rates, e-invoicing rules, vehicle and driver documents, payment methods, currency and language come from a country pack, and the platform is multi-currency and multilingual, including right-to-left layouts. Saudi Arabia has its own dedicated country pack.
Does TransferArc have mobile apps and an API?
Yes. The Driver app covers trips, navigation, status updates and cash collection. The Agent/Client app covers booking, tracking and payment. The Owner app shows the dashboard, approvals and profitability. A public REST API with keys, rate limits, webhooks and a sandbox connects TransferArc to other systems.
How much does TransferArc cost?
TransferArc has three plans — Starter, Business and Enterprise. Each has a monthly price that already includes vehicles (5, 15 or 50), plus a one-time Setup & Onboarding fee that is waived in full on annual billing.
