FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Is TransferArc compliant with ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing?

Yes. ZATCA Phase 2 is built in-house, with no third-party e-invoicing add-on. Each company is onboarded with its own CSID request and compliance checks. Standard (B2B) invoices are cleared by ZATCA before issue, and simplified (B2C) invoices are reported within the deadline, with a queue and retries.

Does TransferArc calculate GOSI and generate WPS files?

Yes. GOSI contributions are calculated on driver and staff payroll, and Wage Protection System (WPS) salary files are generated with each payroll run.

Does TransferArc support Arabic and Hijri dates?

Yes. TransferArc has a full Arabic right-to-left interface, and Hijri dates are shown alongside Gregorian dates. Invoices are issued as Arabic and English PDF/A-3 files with the cleared XML embedded.

Which Saudi vehicle and driver documents does TransferArc track?

For vehicles: Istimara, insurance, operating card and Fahas. For drivers: Iqama, licence, TGA driver card, medical and police clearance. Driver documents are verified by a second person, expiry reminders are sent in advance, and non-compliant vehicles are blocked automatically.

Can TransferArc manage pilgrim and group transport for Hajj and Umrah?

Yes. Pilgrim and group transport is one of the service types TransferArc is built for. Group bookings carry passenger manifests with CSV import and line-by-line validation, one booking can have up to 50 legs, and trips are dispatched only to compliant vehicles and drivers.
