What does TransferArc include?
TransferArc includes 12 modules: booking and reservations, a pricing engine, fleet management, drivers, dispatch and operations, agents and corporate clients, notifications, integrated accounting, tax and e-invoicing, reports and analytics, security and audit, and platform setup. Every module is available on the web panel, the mobile apps and the API.
Which pricing models does TransferArc support?
Five: per-kilometre, per-hour, zone-to-zone, slab and package rates. Prices come from versioned rate cards that cannot be changed once published, with surcharges for peak, season, night and holidays, extras such as tolls, parking and waiting, and agent markup by tier. A quoted price stays locked even if the rate card changes later.
Can TransferArc handle group, multi-leg and recurring bookings?
Yes. One booking can have up to 50 legs, each with its own locked quote. Group bookings carry passenger manifests with CSV import and line-by-line validation. Recurring trips run as daily or weekday series, and flight-linked pickups follow live arrival times, so a delay moves the pickup and not the price.
How does dispatch work in TransferArc?
Dispatchers assign trips on the dispatch board or let auto-dispatch do it. The vehicle class must match the booking, and vehicles or drivers that are blocked or busy are refused. If no own vehicle is free, a vendor vehicle can be assigned and its cost per trip recorded. Live GPS, ETA and geofencing track every trip.
