Who we are
TransferArc is a brand of Innovate Solution Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202617746C). In this policy, “TransferArc”, “we” and “us” mean Innovate Solution Pte. Ltd. We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website, transferarc.com, in every language version.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the public website: browsing its pages and sending a demo request. Use of the website is also governed by our Terms of Use.
Data that our customers enter into the TransferArc platform at apps.transferarc.com is handled under the subscription agreement with that customer: the customer decides what is collected there, and we process it on their instructions. Our Security page explains how the platform protects it.
Information we collect
When you request a demo
- Your full name, company name and work email.
- The topics you tick and any message you write.
- The language of the page you used, so we can reply in it.
With each request we also record the date and time, your IP address, your browser’s user-agent and the page that referred you. This helps us spot spam and misuse of the form.
When you browse
- Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser user-agent and referring page) to run and secure the website.
- Cloudflare, our network and security provider, tells our server which country you are visiting from, so the website can open in your language. We use this only to choose the language and do not store it.
If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics also records how the website is used: pages viewed, time spent, the referring website, approximate location (country and city), device and browser type, and whether a demo request was sent. Google Analytics does not store full IP addresses.
We use Google Analytics only if you allow it in the cookie banner. Google signals and advertising features are turned off, we do not use advertising or social-media tracking tools, and we do not build profiles of individual visitors.
Cookies
The website sets one cookie of its own, ta_lang, and only when you pick a language in the language menu. It remembers that choice for one year so the website does not switch you to another language. It holds only the language code, is not shared and is not used for tracking.
Cloudflare may also set strictly necessary security cookies (such as __cf_bm) to tell people apart from automated traffic.
Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*, set by Google Analytics) are used only after you press “Accept” in the cookie banner, and last about 13 months. Your choice is saved in a cookie, ta_consent, for six months; after that we ask again. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, analytics stops and its cookies are deleted.
You can also delete cookies in your browser at any time.
How we use your information
- To answer your demo request, arrange a walkthrough and prepare a proposal for your company, because you asked us to.
- To follow up on that request by email. We do not add you to a newsletter or share your details with marketers, and if you ask us to stop contacting you, we stop.
- To keep the website and the form secure, prevent spam and fix errors. This is our legitimate interest in running a safe website.
- To meet legal obligations, such as accounting records if you become a customer, or a lawful request from an authority.
With your consent, we also use analytics to understand which pages and guides are useful, so we can improve the website.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our behalf:
- Our hosting provider, which runs the servers where the website and demo requests are stored.
- Cloudflare, which delivers the website and protects it from attacks.
- Our email provider, which delivers demo requests to our team and our replies to you.
If you allow analytics cookies, usage data is also processed by Google, which provides Google Analytics to us as a service provider.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.
International transfers
Our team and service providers work in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. When it is, we protect it with contractual safeguards and the standards described in this policy.
How long we keep it
- Demo requests: 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. If you become a customer, your customer agreement applies instead.
- Web server access logs: about 14 days.
- Form rate-limit records (a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself): deleted within one day.
- The ta_lang cookie: one year, or until you delete it.
- Google Analytics data: 14 months, then deleted automatically.
- Analytics cookies: about 13 months. The ta_consent cookie: six months.
How we protect it
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS with a strict content security policy. Demo requests are stored on our servers with access limited to the people who need it, and the form is protected against automated abuse. Read more on our Security page.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct it, or delete it.
- Stop or limit how we use it, or withdraw consent you gave earlier.
- Send it to you or to another company in a common format.
Email [email protected] from the address you used and we will reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first. These rights come from Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act and, where they apply to you, other laws such as the EU and UK GDPR and the data protection laws of the Middle East and Asia. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country, or in Singapore to the Personal Data Protection Commission.
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on this page before it takes effect.
