Agreement to these terms
These terms apply to transferarc.com in every language (“the website”). The website is operated by Innovate Solution Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202617746C) that owns the TransferArc brand (“we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
The TransferArc platform is covered separately
These terms cover the public website only. Use of the TransferArc platform, including the Management Panel at apps.transferarc.com, the mobile apps and the public API, is governed by the subscription agreement and order form signed with your company. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.
Information on the website
We work to keep the website accurate and up to date. It describes the TransferArc platform and its modules in general terms; the modules, country packs, service levels and prices for your company are those set out in your order form and subscription agreement.
Our guides share practical knowledge about running a transfer business, including tax and e-invoicing topics. They are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice for your situation. Confirm the rules that apply to you with a qualified adviser or the relevant authority.
Using the website
You may browse, read and share the website for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:
- Break the law or anyone else’s rights while using the website.
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or the platform, or test their security without our written permission.
- Interfere with the website, for example by overloading it, spreading malware or getting around its protections.
- Send false, misleading or automated requests through the demo form, or use someone else’s details.
- Copy the website’s design or content to present it as your own, or to build a competing service.
Search engines and AI assistants may crawl and index the public pages as set out in our robots.txt file.
Intellectual property
The TransferArc name, logo and marks, and the website’s design, text, graphics and code, belong to Innovate Solution Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may link to any page and quote short extracts with credit to TransferArc and a link to the source. Any other use needs our written permission. Third-party names that appear on the website belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility or regulations.
Links to other websites
The website may link to websites run by others, such as tax authorities. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Disclaimer
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we exclude all warranties that are not stated in these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Because the website is free to use, our total liability to you in connection with it is limited to SGD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from use of the website, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
