## How billing works.

1. **Activate once**: A one-time activation gets your company live: guided setup of your country pack, branches, fleet, users and opening balances.
2. **Pay one monthly price**: Each plan’s monthly price already includes vehicles: 10 on Operate, 20 on Business and 75 on Enterprise.
3. **Add vehicles as you grow**: Each vehicle above the included number adds $20 a month on Operate, $15 on Business or $10 on Enterprise.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes such as VAT.

### How much does TransferArc cost?

TransferArc has three plans, each with a one-time activation and a monthly price that includes vehicles. Operate is $50 a month with 10 vehicles included, Business $200 a month with 20 vehicles and Enterprise $1,000 a month with 75 vehicles. Each extra vehicle adds $20, $15 or $10 a month, and activation is $500, $1,000 or $2,500. The pricing page has a calculator for your fleet.

### What does the activation fee cover?

Activation is a one-time charge, paid once when your company goes live on TransferArc. It covers guided company setup: the country pack for your market, branches, fleet, users and opening balances. It is $500 on Operate, $1,000 on Business and $2,500 on Enterprise.

### How are extra vehicles charged?

Each plan’s monthly price includes a number of vehicles: 10 on Operate, 20 on Business and 75 on Enterprise. Every vehicle above that adds a fixed monthly price of $20 on Operate, $15 on Business or $10 on Enterprise. With 30 vehicles on Business, for example, the bill is $200 plus 10 × $15, or $350 a month.

### Which plan is right for my fleet?

On price alone, Operate has the lowest monthly bill for 1 to 17 vehicles, Business for 18 to 73 and Enterprise for 74 or more. Business adds full accounting, payroll and the agent and corporate channel; Enterprise adds the public API, white-label and country packs for several markets. ### Is e-invoicing included in every plan?

Yes. Every plan issues e-invoices and handles VAT or GST through your country pack, including clearance or reporting with the tax authority where your country requires it.
