The Client app is for the companies that buy transfers from you. You open an account for each travel agent or corporate client in the [Agents & corporates](https://transferarc.com/agents-corporates) module, and their users sign in with the username they receive. They choose airport transfer, point-to-point, hourly or pilgrim ground transport, pick the route, car class, date and passengers, and see the full price with VAT before they book.

Every booking is made on the account’s credit and can carry the lead passenger, flight number and the customer’s own reference. Once a driver is assigned the booking shows the driver, car and plate, and during the trip the driver appears on a live map with the arrival time. Credit available, amounts owed and the deposit are always visible, with every invoice as a PDF and a full statement. Bookings that need approval wait for the customer’s approver, who approves or rejects them in the app.
