# Transfer Booking API & Integrations for Partners

> TransferArc public REST API: keys, rate limits, sandbox and signed webhooks for agencies, hotels and OTAs, plus flight, payment, messaging and e-invoicing integrations.

TransferArc exposes its booking, pricing, dispatch and accounting platform through a public REST API with API keys, rate limits, a sandbox and signed webhooks — the same engine the web panel and the apps use.

## What the API is for

Transfer companies rarely work alone: a travel agency or DMC sends bookings from its own system, a hotel wants pickups on its guest itinerary, a corporate client books from an internal tool, an airline or OTA resells transfers at the point of sale. The TransferArc API lets each of them create, price, amend and track bookings in your account without re-keying — and lets you push trip status, invoices and documents back to them.

Everything the API writes goes through the same rules as the panel: quotes are locked, credit limits are checked for agent and corporate accounts, compliance blocks non-compliant vehicles, and every confirmed booking, trip and payment posts to the double-entry ledger in the same transaction.

## What integrators get

- **REST API with keys**: Per-integration API keys you issue, rotate and revoke from the Management Panel, each tied to a user and its data scope.
- **Sandbox**: A separate sandbox environment to build and test an integration before it touches production bookings.
- **Signed webhooks**: Booking, trip, flight, invoice and payment events delivered to your endpoint and signed, so your side can verify every message.
- **Rate limits and IP allow-lists**: Rate limits per key, and an allow-list that restricts each key to your own IP addresses.
- **Audit trail**: Every API call that changes data is recorded in the append-only audit trail with the key and user behind it.
- **Same data model as the panel**: Bookings, legs, quotes, passengers, vehicles, drivers, trips, invoices and journals mean the same thing in the API, the panel and the apps.

## What TransferArc connects to

- **Booking channels**: Your website or app, the Client app, the B2B agent portal, and partner systems through the API.
- **Flight data**: Flight-linked pickups follow live arrival times, so a delayed flight moves the pickup automatically.
- **Payment gateways**: Online card payments next to bank transfer, cash and deposits, reconciled in the ledger.
- **Messaging**: Email, SMS, WhatsApp and push notifications in the language of the booking, plus an in-app inbox.
- **Tax authorities**: E-invoicing clearance or reporting through the country pack, such as ZATCA Phase 2 in Saudi Arabia.
- **Accounting and reporting**: CSV and PDF exports of bookings, ledgers and reports; invoices archived as PDF/A-3 with the original XML.

## How an integration goes live

1. **Get API access**: The public API is part of the Enterprise plan. Request a demo and tell us what you want to connect.
2. **Build in the sandbox**: Issue a sandbox key, create and price test bookings, subscribe to webhooks and verify signatures.
3. **Go to production**: Issue a production key with an IP allow-list and the data scope the integration needs.
4. **Monitor**: Rate limits, failed webhooks and every change made through the API are visible in the Management Panel and the audit trail.

## Frequently asked questions.

### Does TransferArc have a public API?

Yes. TransferArc has a public REST API with API keys, rate limits, a sandbox environment and signed webhooks. It is part of the Enterprise plan and uses the same booking, pricing, dispatch and accounting engine as the Management Panel and the apps.

### Can a travel agency or DMC integrate its booking system with TransferArc?

Yes. Partners can create, price, amend and track bookings in your account through the API, and receive trip, invoice and payment events by webhook. Agent credit limits, locked quotes and compliance rules apply to API bookings exactly as they do in the panel.

### What integrations does TransferArc support?

Flight data for flight-linked pickups, online payment gateways, email, SMS, WhatsApp and push messaging, e-invoicing with tax authorities through the country pack, and CSV and PDF exports of bookings, ledgers and reports — plus any partner system connected through the REST API.

### How is API access secured?

Each API key is tied to a user and a data scope, can be restricted to your own IP addresses, is rate-limited, and can be rotated or revoked at any time. Webhooks are signed, and every change made through the API is written to the append-only audit trail.
